• Due to initiatives such as the common core standards, districts need more support to transition smoothly

Coaching – School Transformation

• “…views teachers, principals, and all the adults who work in schools as capable of changing practices” (Aguilar, E., 2013).

• Need to address social, emotional, and learning needs of adults who work in the school before we can address the needs of the students (Aguilar, E., 2013).
