Getting Started:Diagram Mode

Tool Bar Help (top of the screen)

OutlineOutline- This button toggles between Diagram and Outline views.

Rapid fireRapid Fire- Allows you to add ideas to a topic quickly. It will automatically create the symbol every time you press the Enter key.

CreateCreate- Adds new symbols in the direction of the arrows.

LinkLink- Connects two different symbols.

ArrangeArrange- Changes the order of the symbols in your diagram. A window will appear to help you select the manner in which you wish to organize your work.

NoteNote- you can add information with a note.

HyperlinkHyperlink- Links to a webpage, a file, or another Inspiration document.

Diagram viewDiagram View- This button toggles you back and forth between the Outline View and Diagram View.

TopicTopic- Creates the topic sentences

SubtopicSubtopic- Creates the subtopic sentences

HyperlinkHyperlink- Links to a webpage, a file, or another Inspiration document.
