Henry Jacot is president of H-Frac Consulting Services. He has worked in the oil and gas industry 33 years on hydraulic fracturing, stimulation effectiveness, hydraulic fracture design and evaluation of low and high permeability and unconventional reservoirs. Prior to forming H-Frac Consulting Services, Mr. Jacot was Manager Completion Technology for Chevron N.A. – Appalachian Michigan Business Unit and V.P. Completion Technology for Atlas Energy. His Marcellus Shale experience extends from 2006 and includes 3D hydraulic fracture design, DFIT analysis, and RTA. He also has experience in the Utica/Point Pleasant and Upper Devonian, has authored numerous SPE papers and has served as Technical Editor for the SPE.

Mike Vincent is a consulting engineer with more than 25 years of experience, specializing in fracture optimization and training. After completing his degree at the Colorado School of Mines, he worked with Amoco, ARCO and CARBO prior to becoming an independent consultant in 1996. An active member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers, Vincent has authored more than 30 technical papers and serves as a technical editor for three SPE journals. Mike frequently lectures at universities and presents fracturing schools to numerous companies and organizations, and has served as an SPE Distinguished Lecturer and Distinguished Author.

James Rodgerson is a hydraulic fracturing and completions advisor with over 30 years of shale stimulation experience and more than 20 years horizontal stimulation experience. He started in the oilfield over 34 years ago with BJ Services and served at BP from 2012 to 2015 as a senior technical specialist in fracturing and stimulation completions. He has been very active in BP’s South Texas Eagle Ford JV Project which included hydraulic fracture design support and DTS/DAS fiber optic implementation and evaluation. Most recently James has accepted a position with Devon Energy as a Completions Engineer Advisor.

Tim Svarczkopf is the CEO of TightROCK Solutions LLC. Tim’s focus is the application of geochemistry to shale formations, produced water and other available water resources, and the stimulation fluid chemistry deployed to optimize hydraulically fractured well performance in an environmentally sustainable manner. Before starting TightROCK, Tim served at Chevron as a Chevron Fellow as well as Manager Water and Chemical Technology for the AMBU unit which was purchased from Atlas Energy. Previously Tim worked at Marathon Oil Co. in various Subject Matter Expert positions, as Product Manager for Petrolite Corporation and SE Region Business Unit Vice President for Ashland Chemical.
