New York, New York | Conference Program 3

Dear NACT Colleagues:On behalf of the NACT Board of Directors, we welcome you to the 2014 National Treasurers Conference in New York City, from May 28 – 30, 2014.

“Treasurers Talking to Treasurers” has been our motto and value proposition from inception. This year’s program is no different in providing opportunities for experts and practitioners to network and exchange innovative ideas and best practices in candid and confidential settings. We focus on the resilient treasurer who keeps abreast of market dynamics and the changing regulatory landscape and is able to bounce back despite economic and political uncertainties by employing strategies for coping with the unexpected.

Our speakers this year include Ioana Barza, Director of Analysis at Thomson Reuters LPC; Chief Financial Markets Economist John Lonski, Moody’s Analytics; Douglas Peterson, President & Chief Executive Officer, McGraw Hill Financial; and Lee Shavel, Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, The NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc. In addition, treasurers from major public corporations and privately held firms will share their experiences on topics that are relevant to your organization.

Highlights of the 2014 National Treasurers Conference include:

• An Open Forum discussion among treasurers ONLY

• Thought-provoking sessions with industry topic experts

— China: A Changing Treasury Landscape

— Retirement Plans

— Banks and Capital Markets

— Operating in the New Regulatory Environment

• Dinner with guest speaker Lee Shavel, Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, The NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc.

The NACT Board of Directors has been very active in the last year, including taking advocacy positions to benefit our profession. An update will be provided at the conference.

With our emphasis on Treasurers Talking to Treasurers, we invite practitioners to take advantage of opportunities during these three days to network and share ideas in a confidential setting. Per our usual custom, non-practitioner speakers and corporate sponsors are only present during their applicable sessions and sponsored events.

We look forward to a successful conference!
