P2 Introduces it’s new recruit Yorkshire based IT support specialist

P2 Technologies Ltd has recently wel-

comed Richard Brown to the team as

2nd Line Service Engineer.

After leaving school at 16 and working

at a large communications firm, Richard

soon realised his passion for computing

and technology. He quickly advanced in

the industry after studying the MCSE in

Windows 2000, gaining MCSE status

and an ‘Early achiever status’. Richard’s

previous roles, which include Network

Administration and IT Management,

will not only benefit P2’s customers,

but also bring a wealth of knowledge to

the business.

As 2nd Line Service Engineer Richard will

be responsible for looking after custom-

er backup systems, remote monitoring

and solving problems. Richard

commented: “Despite only been at P2

for a short time I am already feeling like

a valued member of the team.

Technology changes so quickly, and

there’s no better place to benefit from

this dynamically changing environment

than P2. They’re at the forefront of the

market, and are paving the way to the

future. I’m looking forward to the

challenges that this new role will

bring.”

Martin Page, Director at P2 said: “We

are very pleased to welcome Richard to

the team and are happy with his

progress so far. In order for our cus-

tomers to continue receiving excellent

service and quality IT solutions P2’s

staff are continuously trained and

developed – we know Richard will fit

into the team well as he is keen to de-

velop his skills and grow with the busi-

ness.”

The P2 team has grown significantly

over the past 12 months, and the firm

continues to deliver outstanding cus-

tomer service to existing and new cli-

Who’s afraid of the big bad wolf! Oops, it’s about the boy who cried wolf! Winter is coming, the trees are bare,

the birds fly south, and the sheep are

flocking, seeking shelter from the

wind.

As the falling snow flurries wolf foot-

prints can be seen padded into the

hard ground...

But standing on the hill top a boy is

watching his sheep. He is bored, seek-

ing adventure, and looking for the

next big thing! A boy tasked to keep his

community safe but with a vivid imagi-

nation. A boy who makes up stories

and craves the thrill of the unknown.

A boy who, unthinkingly,

unknowingly...cried WOLF!

Brought to you by the same team who

created the LBT’s last Christmas

show, Rapunzel, Olivier award-winning

Mike Kenny rewrites this wintery, well-

loved Aesop fable about a boy who is

unable to find delight in what is around

him and instead seeks adventure,

excitement and the thrill of the un-

known. This wonderful new play fea-

tures song, funny sheep and perhaps a

scary wolf or two, and is the perfect

treat for your family this Christ-

Partnership news The Partnership helps promote Movember This Movember Huddersfield

Partnership supports Stafflex in raising

funds to support the fight against the

prostrate and testicular cancer.

So what is Movember?

The Movember Foundation challenges

men to grow moustaches during

Movember (formerly known as Novem-

ber), to spark conversation and raise

vital funds for its men’s health pro-

grams. To date, 4 million moustaches

have been grown worldwide.

At the start of Movember, men take

action by signing up with a clean-

shaven face and for the 30 days of No-

vember commit to growing a mous-

tache.

At the end of the month, the

Movember community celebrates their

Mo growing efforts, by either joining

the Movember Foundation at one of

the official Movember Gala Parties,

held around the world, or by hosting

their own end of month event with

colleagues, friends or community

groups.

The Partnership is getting involved by

sponsoring the best retailer Mo Award.

Karen Hobson Partnership Manager

said, “It is so important to support any

form of charity work but as I myself lost

my father through Prostate Cancer, we

felt it would be so beneficial not only to

support the cause but support one of

our members in doing good”.

Dan Ingham, Business Development

Manager at Stafflex said,

“Stafflex are proud to be involved with

the local community for over 14 years

and thought why not raise funds for a

great cause and involve everyone that’s

wants to help raise funds and have

some fun at the same time”.

If we have any interested retailers

then please get involved. It would be

great to have your support for such an

amazing cause.
