EMAIL TEMPLATES AND NOTIFICATIONS

The Auto Run test allows workows to automatically execute load or validation steps in SAP or perform any other task in a non-SAP system without user intervention. For example, once data is prepared, the Auto Run step can validate correctness of data in SAP before a manager approves it.

Have a deadline to meet? A month-end process that must be nished on time? Auto Re-Assignment can notify a backup user if the primary user is unavailable. Let Easy Workflow keep the time and if a user is busy doing something else, it will nd the backup and notify the user to work on priority items so the deadlines are met.

Dynamically maintain out of ofce status from Excel so any workow item can be automatically reassigned to a substitute user.
