as convenient as possible, we would like to provide the following information. Conference Venue The conference will take place in Bangkok at Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn, which is one of the premier hotels in Bangkok’s luxury hotel sector. This deluxe property is centrally located

in the Sathorn business district, just minutes from the world famous Chao Praya River and a short drive via the nearby expressway to Suvarnabhumi International Airport. It is unique in

being the only hotel in Bangkok with its own direct access to the BTS Sky Train system at Surasak Station literally bringing the city to your doorstep.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the expressway leading to Suvarnabhumi Airport, only a 45-minute drive away from the hotel. Access to the city center by the BTS Sky Train

(Surasak Station) which connects to the hotel.

Bangkok has two airports, i.e., Suvarnabhumi (BKK) and Don Muang (DMK). Most

international flights come from BKK. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide a pick-up

service from the airport or the railway station. However, the hotel as well as the meeting

venue can easily be reached via the following transportation means:

Car and Taxi

Approximately 45 minutes by car from both Airports.

From Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) – Enter the expressway in Dao Kanong direction. Take

Sathorn exit, go straight on and turn right on to Sathorn Road and keep right, make a u-turn

before traffic lights and keep left. The hotel is located on the left hand side of the road.

From Don Muang Airport (DMK) - Enter the toll way then expressway in Dao Kanoang – Rama9 direction. Take Dao Kanong direction use Silom exit, go straight on and turn left on to

Sathorn Road and keep right, make a u-turn before traffic lights and keep left. The hotel is

located on the left hand side of the road.

Public transportation If you prefer to use public transportation, please note the following information: Take Airport Link from BKK airport to Phaya Thai station in 30 minutes (costs 45 Baht for a

trip) and then take BTS (Skytrain map) to the hotel at Surasak Station, which needs a line

switch to Silom Line at Siam Interchange Station (cost 40 Baht).
