Wendy,

As a result of a LOW being given to Kathy %^&^% I will need the following information: I will need ALL information management used in the determination that giving Kathy *&^&* a LOW was the appropriate course of action. This includes any and all reports that management has listed in the LOW as well. This also includes a complete copy of the Proposed Discipline sheet that was filled out on Kathy &^%%^ by management during the PDI. Also, I would like a copy of any arbitrations that management is citing to uphold this discipline such as Arbitrator Hamrick's decision in Case # C06N-4C- D 11251077.

I will need all maintenance logs for the scanner that was used by Kathy (*&%$ on April 03, 2013. I will also need the manufacturer's data on the IMD scanners as to error rates and such.

I will also need any and all instructions from upper Postal management in regards to discipline for MSP scans. Including any emails or district policies on the subject.

I will also need to interview Kathy $%^#$ and Wendy *&^%$.

I will also need the Missed Scan Report for March 21 – April 03, 2013 & April 23, 2013 for ALL City Carriers at Capitol View Station.

I will need approximately 2 hours of Steward time to investigate this Art 16 violation.
