Occupational Health and Safety Policies:

CHUQ1 and Université Laval

Conseil d’administration CHUQ (Politique 04-2500)

Conformity to collective agreements, applicable policies and regulations;

Proper disability insurance in case of occupational accident;

Conceive, update and coordinate activities to improve hazardous situations;

Build, maintain and promote a safe working environment and innocuous methods, as well as

a concern for individual and collective responsibilities.

in order to preserve health, security and physical integrity;

Produce a statement about an incident,

accident or hazardous situation

If you are involved in an incident or an accident, you must fill out a

statement relative to the latter event in order for the emergency

services to initiate corrective action to the situation. The form is

available in your sector, at the Direction du Centre de recherche or at

the Occupational Health and Safety office. An in-place agent will show

you which course of action must be taken.

If you are a witness of a potentially hazardous situation, you must notify

your immediate superior about it or, if necessary, fill out an online form

available on the CRCHU de Québec extranet at:
