ApPOINTMENT OF SENIOR PERSONAL ASSISTANT ON CONTRACT BASIS

Applications are invited on prescribed Performa (downloadable from theInstitute's Website www.igipess.du.ac.in) for the post of Senior Personal Assistanton purely contract basis (as per University of Delhi Rules) for a period of six months ortill a regular appointee joins duty whichever is earlier. Last date for submission ofapplications is 25.09.2017 (5.00 p.m.).

QUALIFICATION:

Essential:

a) A Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University.

b) At least three years post qualification experience working as Private Secretary /Personal Assistant / Stenographer / Executive Assistant / Executive Secretary ina Government Department / University / Autonomous Body / PSU / EducationalInstitution recognized by the Government.

c) Skill Test Norms:

i) Dictation (Shorthand) : 10 mts. @ 100w.p.m.ii) Transcription: 40 mts. (English) or 55 mts. (Hindi) on Computer.iii) Computer proficiency, viz. Typing Skill, Word Processing, spread sheet,

Internet, E-mail Communicationetc.Desirable:

a) Degree/Diploma in Computer Application /Science.b) Diploma in office Management and Secretarial Practice.c) Knowledgeof service rules applicable for Central Government establishments.

MaximumAge Limit: 35 years (Age relaxation will be allowed as per the guidelines ofUniversityof Delhi/UGC).

NOTE:

1. The College reserves its right not to fill the post advertised..2. All expenses for appearing in Skill Test shall be borne by the candidates

themselves.No TAIDAshall be paid.

3. The candidates should bring with them a proof of Identity - Pan Card, VoterCard, Driving License, Aadhar Card etc. while coming for Skill Test.

4. As per directive of the University of Delhi vide its OM No. Estab.IV/047/2016/01/RR-OM dated 02.12.2016, it has been decided to discontinue Interviews forrecruitment to all Groups 'C', Group-'D' (which are now reclassified at Group 'C')posts and for Non-gazetted posts of Group 'B' Category and all such equivalentposts in the light of Dopt OM NO.39020/01/2013-Estt (B) - Part dated29.12.2015.

Accordingly, selection for the above posts shall be based on performance of thecandidates in the Skill Test / PracticalTest etc.
