RESEARCH AFFIRMS

Coaching & e-coaching are valuable development

practices responsive to this evolution:

•Maximum effect if development is customized and aligned to

individual needs

•People develop best by means of sustainable, authentic

methods that are embedded in the daily routine

•Professional development has to be continuous and interactive

•Desired new behavior only achievable if there is a constant

daily reiteration lasting for months. This new behavior replaces

the habitual behavior that is no longer desired.
