Notes/Narrative On 01/11/2019, I responded to 777 NW SR 7 (Massey Yardley) in reference to a delayed vehicle theft. Upon

arrival, I met with Service Director Ronald Jellis who advised that a vehicle (2004 Sebring Convertible MA tag# 7PAZ80) was stolen from the back west lot but is uncertain when or how it occurred. He stated that on 11/18/2018 the vehicle was towed into the lot for repairs by its owner Scott Robbins who resided in Massachusetts. Yesterday (01/10/2019), Robins called Jellis to inform him that he was going to be in Florida and would be picking up his vehicle the following day (01/11/2019). Jellis went to find the vehicle in the lot and discovered it missing. He believes that unknown suspects broke into the vehicle which was parked in the back lot, pulled out of the parking spot and left the scene with Robbins' vehicle. There is no video surveillance located within the vicinity of where the vehicle was parked. I met with Robbins who confirmed the above along with providing me information from his Sun Pass which was located inside of the vehicle. The Sun Pass records show that on 01/09/2019, the vehicle passed SR91 Sunrise WB SB on MP58 on 12:19 hours. Then at 16:25 hours, the vehicle passed SR91 Golden Glades Main SB MPO. The repossession log was checked and came back with negative results for the vehicle. Robbins' vehicle contained "mag" wheel rims along with a Massachusetts Police Sticker located on the rear driver side window. Robbins and Jellis both signed a Vehicle Theft Affidavit which was placed into Plantation Police Records. I placed the vehicle into Teletype under 1p1an36.
