A Bill to Remove Marines from Japan to be Relocated to South Korea
1 BE IT ENACTED BY THE STUDENT CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
2 SECTION 1. There should be no more than 30 thousand Marines in Japan
3 at any time.
4 SECTION 2. The number of Marines in the Okinawan Islands is
5 unnecessary and not strategically demanded because the
6 range of attacks possible from the Okinawan Islands is low,
7 while the possible collateral damage from an artillery attack is
8 extremely high.
9 SECTION 3. Our amphibious assault specialists, the Marines, should also
10 be placed in South Korea in order to be able to quickly
11 intervene in case of conflict between our allies and rivals in
12 the East‐Asian Sea and the Indian Ocean.
13 SECTION 4. The U.S Marine Corps and the Marines Special Operations
14 Command in a joint effort with the Special Forces Operational
15 Detachment‐Delta will oversee the execution of this Bill.
16 SECTION 5. This law will be enforced as of September 1st, 2013.
17 SECTION 6. All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared

A Bill to Legalize Assisted Suicide
BE ENACTED BY THE STUDENT CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1: Assisted suicide (Euthanasia) should be legalized in the entire
U.S. and laws concerning such ought to be standardized throughout the U.S.
SECTION 2: Assisted suicide being the suicide of a patient suffering from an
increased disease, affected by the taking of lethal drug provided by a doctor for this
purpose, and legalized meaning making permissible by law, and standardize being
to choose and establish a standard for.
SECTION 3: The health and human services would oversee the enforcement of
this bill. All care provides with objections due to faith shall be exempt.
SECTION 4: This bill shall go into effect immediately with it passing.
SECTION 5: All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null
and void.

A Bill to Ban the United States Use of Combat Drones
BE IT ENACTED BY THE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT: 1
SECTION 1. The U.S. will remove the use of combat drones completely from all active 2
and non‐active military zones. 3
SECTION 2. a. A Combat Drone is a drone solley used for harming the enemy through 4
physical force, including ballistic missiles and other forms of weaponry. 5
Spy Drones or drones used to transport troops or aid are not banned. 6
SECTION 3. The Department of Defense will oversee that combat drones are no 7
longer used in the U.S. Military. 8
SECTION 4. This legislation will take effect at the beginning of the fiscal year of 2014, 9
and should be in full enforcement by the end of the 2014 fiscal year. 10
SECTION 5. All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.11

A Bill to Reform the GE Crop Industry to Increase Safety Standards
BE IT ENACTED BY THE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT: 1
SECTION 1. A. An excise tax of 5% shall be raised on all genetically engineered crops 2
(GE crops) seed. 3
B. All revenue generated from the tax shall go towards FDA, EPA, and 4
USDA research on the full effect of the use of GE crops. 5
C. All foods containing food from GE crops shall be labeled as such and 6
made aware on product packaging. 7
SECTION 2. The “use of GE crops” shall be defined as the process of production of 8
seeds, planting them into the soil, and both long‐term and short‐term 9
effects on human health and safety. 10
SECTION 3. Upon the conclusion of extensive studies, if the effects of GE crops are 11
determined to be beneficial, the tax will be reduced to 2% and that 12
revenue be allocated towards the continuing research and tight oversight 13
of the industry. If the effects are negative, the crops detrimental to 14
environmental and public safety shall be outlawed. 15
SECTION 4. The Food and Drug Administration, Department of Agriculture, 16
Department of Health and Human Services, and Environmental 17
Protection Agency shall be responsible for the implementation and 18
research of this bill. 19
SECTION 5. This bill shall be implemented January 1st, 2014. 20
SECTION 6. All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.21

Bill to Stop Overhunting in federal land
1 BE IT ENACTED BY THE STUDENT CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
2 SECTION 1. The amount of hunting allowed of endangered land animals
3 That is not already illegal to hunt.
4 Section 2. Animals that are quickly declining in population and predicted
5 By experts to become endangered in the next 5 years will be
6 Cut in half, with the exception of families who prove the
7 Dependence upon hunting, for survival and those residing in
8 Native‐American reservations.
9 SECTION 3. An endangered species is defined as any species threatened
by extinction. As determined by the U.S wildlife service
10 SECTION 4. The U.S Wildlife Service will oversee this bill.
11 SECTION 5. This law will be enforced as of April 01, 2013
12 SECTION 6. All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared
null and void.
