Check in and vetting both days between 8:00 am and 8.20 am Judges Briefing at 8.45am and 15mins prior to afternoon session.

All Officials, Helpers and Competitors must QR code check in with the Gate Marshall showing proof of double dose vaccination or you are to have a medical exemption which is mandatory prior to proceeding to the Car Parking area.

PRESENTATION AT THE CONCLUSION OF EACH DAY Rosette and prize for first, Sash for second and third placings in each Element, Highest Novice in Trial, Saturday, Highest Advanced in Trial on Sunday, Pass and Title Ribbons will be available.

THE TRIAL PRECINCT ENCOMPASSES THE ENTIRE SCHOOL GROUND, PLEASE ENSURE YOU CLEAN UP YOUR GENERAL RUBBISH AND

CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR DOG. Dogs on lead at all times. Drive in via the main entrance to the school, see below Map.

Warrnambool & District Kennel and Obedience Dog Club Inc – COVID Safe Plan Advice for attendees at the Warrnambool & District Kennel and Obedience Dog Club Open Scent Trial November 2021 The trials will be conducted in accordance with Victorian Government & Dogs Victoria requirements current at the time. This document provides details for the conduct of the trial in a COVID safe manner. 1. General information: Attendees must maintain social distancing and wear a mask indoors and outdoors if social distancing cannot be maintained (1.5 mts) this remains a Victorian Government requirement. Handlers are to provide their own food and equipment, and food and water for their dogs. As mandated by the Victoria, and Federal government roadmap, Dogs Victoria requires double vaccination status or an approved medical exemption to enter a Dogs Victoria event. 2. Advice to handlers NO SPECTATOR EVENT. Handlers will need to be aware that Judges and Stewards will be using hand sanitiser etc. People must not attend if they have any of the following symptoms – fever, sore throat, dry cough, runny nose or shortness of breath. This applies to those with even the mildest of symptoms. 3. Check In A record will be kept of the name, mobile phone number and arrival time of every person in attendance for contact tracing purposes using the School QR code or sign in sheet. These records will be based on a list of attendees generated by the K9 Entries online entry system. Any additional attendees are to check-in with the Trial Secretary to sign in for contact tracing. Handlers must use hand sanitiser at check-in. All bitches will be vetted at Check-in by their owners under supervision. Volunteers must use their own pens or clean pens before and after use.

4. Etiquette Handlers cannot borrow a pen from the Steward or Judge. Only the Judge should touch their Judge’s folders. Handlers cannot touch the Steward’s folders. 5. Toilets When entering the toilet block please wear your mask. No loitering in the toilets at all. Toilets will be cleaned by the organisers.

6. Parking All attendees are reminded that social distancing should still be maintained in the parking area. 7. COVID Compliance Officer A suitably trained official will be designated to oversee to ensure compliance and ensure the safety of all attendees. Please obey any directives they may give.
