INVITATION LETTER

First of all, let AIESEC Da Nang greet you with the most respectful greetings. We wish you

success and have continued to gain new successes in the future

Dear Sir and Madam

We all know “Human Resource is the most important property of a Company ” (Martin Sullivan -

CEO AIG). The investment in education to increase the quality of future Human Resource is

attracting the attention of Vietnam community as well as many international and local organizations.

We - AIESEC VietNam in DaNang – are aware of our vision as responsible citizens of Vietnam

and our accountability is contribute to make positive impact on socitey, that leads us to establish

“iNature Project”. This Project aims to contribute directly and positively to the development of

Vietnamese youth by delivering training to them about necessary knowledge together with essential

personal as well as professional skills about culture and enviroment so that they can become

responsible Vietnamese citizens in the future.

There will be 4 big Seminars and 1 Day-out Trip held with top high schools and Universities in

Danang with support of 5 International experienced facilitators and AIESEC members that would

strongly demonstrate our workshops’ quality and commitment to contribute directly and effectively

to society.

It is our great honor to invite you to become partner with us in this meaningful Project. Your support

will ensure the sustainable finance and big success for this Project. iNature Project will surely

PROJECT TIMELINE

* Review online, offline votes; award winners and presentation of 5 interns about enviromental issues.

As new technologies are day by day invented, Human kind, with

their old habit of unsustainable getting the most out of the Earth,

are facing with a great deal of tremendous problem globally. The

Earth is being pushed to its limitation and the Human kind has to

bear all of the consequences worldwide: Waste Management,

Biodiversity Conservation and Energy Conservation. Thus, as

soon as possible, Human has to change their way of thinking and

decide to act together to solve those problems.

“iNature Project”comes out:

Firstly, to provide essential knowledge on

environmental issues (Waste Management,

Biodiversity Conservation and Energy

Conservation) for students.

Secondly, to help students see the real situation

around Danang and give them opportunity to

express their solutions.

We belief that “ iNature Project”will change young people’s

perception about Environmental Issues and raise a seed of

consciousness deeply in their mind for them to become a Change

Agent.

APPENDIX – PROJECT EVENTS

Day-out trip:

Beside the Seminars, we also conduct Day-out

Trip which pushes the content to a new level of

practice so that participants can experience the

reality and know how to unite with every single

individual to protect the Earth we are living in.

Together, aim for a better World!

Culture day:

Vietnamese and International students will grab a

chance to introduce their own cultural character,

from which they can enlarge their knowledge

about many specific traits in different cultures.

Video-making Contest with theme “Garbage”

Video-making Contest with theme” Garbage” is an

interesting event of iNature held by AIESEC Danang.

Students can express their thought and feeling about the

Environmental Pollution throughout the Videos in order to

give solutions to solve the circumstance.

Seminar:

There are specially designed, highly interactive and

educated Seminars that focus on raising the

consciousness in young students mind. Four different

topics will be delivered: Waste Management,

Biodiversity Conservation and Energy Conservation

Painting day

Vietnamese students and International interns will create

the biggest painting about the Environment in Danang

altogether. This event not only raises the awareness and

responsibility of students about Pollution but also becomes

a play field for participants to build up the team-work skill

and exchange knowledge to each other.

Final overview (Conclusion)

At the final day, participants will present what they learn

from the Project and give solutions to improve the

Environment situation. Furthermore, national students and

interns will share their feeling after six weeks working

together as a team. Partners will award the winners and the

most impressive team.
