Hey AIESEC! Congratulations again on becoming part of AIESEC HKU via our Corporate, Youth and Innovation Team Member Programmes. Over the 3 days of our induction conference Impact Inc., the 31 strong family of AIESEC HKU’s Leadership Team will prepare you for what I hope will become the most valuable learning experience in your university life.

Having 100 new members joining us is just as exciting for us as I’m sure your interviews were. In a short while, you will be part of the most awesome family on campus, delivering youth leadership development impact to yourselves and thousands more HKU students; impact

which I tremendously believe is both relevant and impactful to our campus as a whole. I’m sure all of you feel that being accepted to AIESEC is a personal accomplishment, and I’m sure that the interview process has prepared your mindset for 3 days of openness to ideas and openness to collaboration. In that case, as Chair of Induction Conference and President of this organization, I can’t wait to see all of you kick-start your TMP journey with a blast!

What is Impact Inc.?

Induction Conference is the first formal AIESEC conference for every newly admitted officers of Team Member Programmer(TMP), which is a mandatory one. In this 3-day conference, delegates will be equipped with basic AIESEC knowledge, IC reality, as well as setting expectations over the AIESEC journey of everyone.
