IHT (Iberhospitex, S.A.) is a European company, based in Barcelona, with over 34 years’ experience in healthcare technologies (1980-2014). We market our products worldwide.

Our aim is to continue manufacturing high quality products, focusing particularly on Skin & Wound Care (Hospital Care Business Unit) and Less invasive treatment for cardiovascular disease (Cordynamic Business Unit).


In 1980 IHT was founded in Barcelona by its current president, Aniceto López. Together with IHT’s initial collaborators, he developed the brand’s �rst products: disposable surgical drapes and Drenofast.

In 1985 the company moved to Lliçà de Vall, a town located 30 km outside Barcelona. Today the majority of the group’s operations are carried out from this location.

During the second half of the 1980s IHT began to expand internationally, widening its network of sales of�ces and establishing a branch in France.
