To better serve the business community, the Old Bridge Economic Development Corporation (OBEDC), established in 1982, serves as the liaison between local businesses and the Administration. The OBEDC is a non-profit corporation with a 15 member Board whose mission is to act as a resource to support business and industry; to attract new business to the Township; facilitate business retention and expansion; and to promote economic growth in the community.
The OBEDC will work with you to make your transition into the community a smooth and efficient process. The OBEDC will also assist with site location, identifying modern office, retail or commercial space, and securing an educated workforce.
If you are an established Old Bridge Township business, you may have already benefited from the assistance provided by the OBEDC. Existing businesses have found the OBEDC to be a valuable resource in dealing with local issues that have an impact on their business operations.
