IEEE International Conference on Neural Engineering NER’19

IEEE International Conference on Neural Engineering (NER’19) will be hosted at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square Hotel in San Francisco, California, USA on 20-23 March 2019.

Members of the Neuroscience, Engineering and Bioethics Communities are encouraged to attend this highly multidisciplinary meeting. The conference will highlight emerging neurotechnologies for the restoration and enhancement of impaired sensory, motor, cognitive functions, novel engineering tools for elucidating brain function, and discussions on the ethics of neurotechnology use and adoption by impaired and healthy individuals. The conference program will also feature high-profile keynote lectures, pre-conference workshops, invited talks, poster presentations and exhibitions.

All papers will be peer reviewed; accepted full-length (4 page) papers will appear in the Conference Proceedings and be indexed by IEEE Xplore.

Please note that this invitation for participation does not, in any way, financially oblige either NER’19 or the IEEE Engineering in Medicine and Biology Society (EMBS) for the expenses you incur for travel and conference attendance, and all conference participants are expected to pay the registration fees according to conference policy.
