Lean application: freed up space, operators spend more time on value added tasks.
Milkrun and warehouse management: no verbal communication needed anymore, team leader gained 2 hours per day. Lower training requirements. Standardized material supply in all lines.
Backend infrastructure: less IT support needed, DEV, QA and PROD environment
Orchestration system (ESB): standardized integration of new services, reuse of existing functionalities.
User interfaces: reduced time to find for the right data, less qualification needed to access the data.
eQM stations: documentation (WI etc). No more paper work instructions. Online updates. Accessible for all employees and operators in the company (worldwide).
