The 11th ICSC European Outlet Conference is the must-attend European event focusing solely on the specialised outlet sector, delivering relevant content and networking opportunities throughout. It continues to bring brands, retailers, landlords, developers and investors together to exchange new ideas, explore the current trends and cover critical topics such as brand mix, expansion plans, asset management strategies and investment trends.

The focus for this year’s conference is ‘Creating Destinations’ as we seek to understand the importance of the ‘destination’ to deliver a compelling retail – and leisure – experience for our tourist shoppers. We aim to inspire, challenge and empower outlet professionals. We will explore how outlet centre developers and operators are enticing consumers into more frequent and longer trips, and arm you with the tools you need to successfully attract, engage and meet the needs of the travelling luxury consumer and local tourists alike.
