AR Camera & 3D Markers

How does the pricing for Remote Support work?

Remote Support is charged by seats andadditional service hours. Each seat receives 50service hours for FREE every month. You canpurchase additional service hours on top of yourmain subscription.

How do I buy more Service Hours?

Service hours are shared between seats tomaximize your investment. You can purchaseadditional hours (monthly or yearly) in theAdmin Console.

Can I add seats and how is the cost calculated?

Yes, the price is prorated based on the cost ofthe upgrade plan and the remaining time.

Can I pay by installments?

Installments are not accepted at this time tofacilitate customers' annual budgetconsiderations.

What's the difference between AirDroid Business and AirDroid Remote Support?
