Notes on Coordination

Coordination will depend on where a member is assigned in an organization and what type of organization they’re in.

• A traditional retirement application is submitted by the member, Unit CC makes a recommendation, Wing CC makes a recommendation and then sends the application to ARPC for approval.

• If member is assigned to the State HQ, then it only goes from the member to Commander, State (JFHQ) before being submitted to ARPC.

• If a member has a Group CC rather than a Unit CC they may only coordinate with their Wing CC, or the Group CC may be assigned a Unit CC role in order to be involved.

Be aware of and follow any locally developed coordination guidelines.
