Ball ScrewIn order to eliminate thermal growth and increase accuracy, all axes are driven by high precision double anchored ballscrews. The double anchored and pretensioned design provides outstanding positioning and repeatability with minimal thermal growth. Ball screws are connected directly to the servo motor to eliminate backlash.
LM GuidewayHigh speed axis movement is achieved by the use of LM guideways. This reduces non-cutting time and decreases machining time for greater productivity.

02 Column Moving Type High Speed & Productivity Dual Table Type Vertical Machining Centeri-CUT M Series
Column Moving TypeIn order to utilize the dual table, column moving structure is adopted. Also, extended column width and symmetrical heat behavior column structure allows accurate processing and minimized thermal displacement.
Dual TableThe standard dual table enables workers to setup a new workpiece while the machine is in motion, leading to higher productivity. The table rotates 180 degrees via a hydraulic rack & pinion gear and is locked in position using a locating pin.
LM Guidewayi-CUT380MD is designed with LM Guideways giving excellent speed and response. This reduces non-cutting time, leading to higher productivity.
Rapid traverse rate : 50/50/56 m/min (1,969/1,969/2,205 ipm).
Dual Table Type Machining CenterThe i-CUT380MD's fast travel, high speed spindle and dual table meets the need for maximized productivity.
