It comprises of following elements-
(A) PLANNING-determination of future course of action to achieve desired results.
(B) ORGANISING-proper grouping of personalactivities, assignment of activity & delegation of authority.
(C) DIRECTING-supervising & directing thepersonnel.
(D) CONTROLLING-measuring employeeperformance, correcting negative deviations &ensuring efficient accomplishment of plans.

These functions performed in conjunction with
