organization that deals with the production of floor and wall
concrete tiles, paver blocks, wall claddings & solid surfacing

THERMAL CORPORATIONStarted as an importer and distributor of
THERMOCON Spray-On Insulation a foreign company based in Waco,
Texas, U.S.A. In 1986, HEATGARD was established as an affiliate
company of REBTRADE International Corporation. After more than
5-years of importing cellulose fiber, HEATGARD began to produce and
manufacture its own cellulose fiber insulation material following
the high cost of importing the cellulose fiber insulation material
directly from THERMOCON.
Today, HEATGARD is an established manufacturer, distributor and
an acoustical insulating contractor, dealing solely with
spray-applied cellulose fiber insulation. Within our 30-years in
the insulation business, we are able to contract quite a good
number of prestigious projects like theaters, cinemas, auditoriums,
clubhouses, sports facilities, firearms shooting ranges, music
studios, office buildings and even residences where temperature and
sound control is greatly needed.

COMPARATIVE EVALUATION OF INSULATION MATERIALS
HEATGARD Insulation Material:
Provides higher R-Value (better thermal properties)Uses less
accessories for installation therefore, lowering total costVery

Interpretation of results:
Under the conditions of the test, the sample, HEATGARD Fiber,
would be considered: ACCEPTABLE with respect to safety.
X-RAY DIFFRACTION ANALYSIS RESULTS
Result of Qualitative analysis:
The diffraction pattern produced by HEATGARD cellulose fiber
insulation material did not match with the defraction peak pattern
of asbestos and asbestos-resembling materials, hence the sample
DOES NOT CONTAIN ASBESTOS.
