Participants will be able to • Demonstrate the benefit of following standard work• Explain the relationship between standard work and variation• Teach someone how to draw a pig!
Exercise (1 minute)
1. Draw a pig• Profile view• 4 legs• 2 ears• Can see one eye• Curly tail
2. Name your pig3. Hold up your picture for everyone to
see

1. Take a blank piece of paper2. Fold it in 9 sections and number as shown3. Follow standardized work instruction sheets
