Your Listwire Autoresponder Account

Your listwire account is your FREE autoresponder list building software that builds a list of

interested people who want your free report on your website.

With your autoresponder account, you can program up to 50 email messages which will be automatically sent to your subscribers at your pre-determined time interval while you are asleep.

This means your autoresponder will do all the work of building a relationship with your list and also make money for you because your email messages contain your affiliate links.

There are two ways to send email messages to your list:

1. Follow up messages 2. Broadcast messages

Follow up messages are the email messages you already programmed in your account which

your subscribers will be receiving daily or once a week as you desire on autopilot While Broadcast messages are email messages you send today or immediately which they

receive in real time for special promotions or offers or when you want to inform subscribers about a new post on your blog.

In this tutorial, I will be teaching you how to send both Follow up and Broadcasts.

Before I tell you how to do that, here is how to edit the follow up email message swipes AND your affiliate links:

How to Edit ALL the links in the Email Swipes with Your Affiliate Links

As part of the Done-For-You program, I will be sending you follow up emails and broadcasts you will place in your listwire.com autoresponder account. All you need do is edit it to put your

name at the bottom of the email message and to update ALL links with your affiliate USERNAME.

Step 1: If we are running a promo, we may send you 5-7 follow up email message swipes you

will program in your listwire autoresponder account AFTER editing it with your affiliate links. Normally, each email message has links for your subscribers to click on to buy through your

affiliate link. These links look like the ones below:

Step 4: Please do NOT give any space between the link and your username. Hope its clear? Step 5: Such each email message SWIPES we send you may contain up to 2-3 affiliate links. So

make sure to replace ALL of them with your affiliate username at the end of each link in it If you do not put your username correctly and a client buys, it will not be recorded against

your affiliate account.

Step 6: Program all the email message swipes we send you in your listwire account by adding it to the follow up series AND sending a BROADCAST to be sent on particular days.

VERY Important: You should do the same (broadcast and follow up setup) when you want to inform subscribers of your new article on your blog, so they can be sent on your behalf

while you are resting or doing something else or offline.

Here's how to Login to your Listwire autoresponder account to Program FOLLOW UP email messages

1. Check your first gmail account you opened for this business and get your listwire login details

2. Login with your username and password at www.listwire.com 3. Look at the top right hand side for the section called Managing autoresponder list.

Select the second campaign name you see there. The name may start with mmo… something as seen in no. 1 as mmoomov below:

4. Look at the top menu bar and place your cursor or mouse on Messages above and click on Follow up messages as seen in no. 2 above

5. When you click on it, the page below comes up. Now this is the part where you will need to copy, past and EDIT the follow up email message SWIPES we will send to you on the next pages with your affiliate username.

How to ADD FOLLOW UP Email Messages in your Autoresponder Listwire account

Step 1: Continuing from where we stopped, copy and paste any of the email swipes we send you or write a short email informing subscribers about your new blog post and put your blog

article link in the email or edit the affiliate links in the email swipes we send you.

To add a follow up message, click on the Follow up messages button as explained in the previous tutorial and the page below comes up showing two things:

(1) Interval (2) Message Subject Line

The section for Interval seen as 2 above, shows the number of days a new subscriber receives your programmed follow up emails. In the above picture the first Interval shows as 0, meaning once a new subscriber joins your list by filling your autoresponder

form they will instantly and automatically get that email message with Interval 0.

When its Interval 1, it means your new subscribers automatically receives your email message one day after signing up. If you have two intervals as Interval 10 and the next one is Interval 15, it means your new subscriber will receive email message on Day 10

after signing up and 5 days later receive Day 15 email message.



So its okay to program your follow up messages to be sent for Day 0, Day 1, Day 2, Day

3 – Day 7 or up to Day 10 daily but after that, program your emails to be sent in 2-4 days intervals.

For example, Interval 10 and the next follow up message as Interval 14 or 15. Hope it’s clear?

Good.

So using my example, I scroll down to the last interval in that campaign and its Interval 35 as seen below:

Step 2: To add a new follow up message to your series, scroll down that webpage to the bottom until you see two empty fields for Subject Line and Text based Message body as

seen below: Now copy and paste the Title/Subject of the email message swipe we send you OR your created title for your new blog post article in the Subject Line section as in 1.

Next, copy and paste the body of the email swipe we send you (which you have already updated with your affiliate link) or your short write up informing subscribers of your new blog post article which has your affiliate link (email swipe) or blog post link (blog article) respectively

and paste it in the Text based Message body field as in 2 seen below:



Step 3: Next, look at all your listed follow up messages for the LAST interval number. In our

example, our last interval number is Interval 35, so I want subscribers to receive my next email 5 days after that, which is Interval 40.

So I type “40” in the Message Interval field as seen in 3 above. Of course you should have edited your email to make sure everything is correct (affiliate link or blog post link etc) and

finally click on Click Here To Save This Message as seen in 4 above.

And a new page comes up saying Success: as seen below:



And you can below, the Interval Message 40 has been added:

How to Edit or Delete a Follow up Message in your Autoresponder

To edit or delete a message, select the particular message by clicking the round radio button by the interval section as seen above in interval 40 and click on the Edit or

Delete button as seen above and after editing click on the Click Here to Save This Message button if you are editing.

Simple and sweet.

That's it.

How to do an Email BROADCAST to

your Subscribers in your Listwire

Autoresponder account

An email BROADCAST is a little different from a follow up message. For broadcasts, you can

choose to:

1. Send an email message to ALL your subscribers right now using the broadcast feature

2. Send an email message within a particular time frame, eg in case of a special

discount promo.



Here's how to Login to your Listwire autoresponder account to send email messages

1. Check your first gmail account you opened for this business and get your listwire login details

2. Login with your username and password at www.listwire.com

3. Look at the top right hand side for the section called Managing autoresponder list. Select the second campaign name with the name beginning with “mmo” as seen below in 1:

4. Look at the top menu bar and place your cursor or mouse on Messages as seen in no. 2

above and click on Broadcast messages as seen in no. 3 above 5. When you click on it, the page below comes up. Now this is the part where you will need to

copy, paste and EDIT the email message SWIPES on the next pages with your affiliate username.

Copy and paste the email message you want to broadcast using the same steps in the Follow up section of this tutorial in Subject Line and Text Based message Body as seen below:

6. Scroll down that page after pasting the broadcast message and then PROGRAM the TIME

your email message should be sent to your subscriber using any of the following methods:

3 Ways to BROADCAST the Email Messages in your Autoresponder Listwire account

Method #1: First do a TEST broadcast message to your own email address as seen below:

To do a TEST broadcast message after putting your email message, select “Send a test

mailing to” and put your email address in the empty field beside it as seen in 1 above. Under the section called “When would you like this broadcast message to be sent”, select

Send this Broadcast Message to be sent as soon as possible as seen in 2 above and finally click on Click Here to send or schedule this broadcast as seen in 3 above.

Next check your email address if you received the message and if your affiliate link is correctly done.



Sometimes, your message may land in your spam or bulk mail, if it does then you have to edit your email message to remove spam word triggers.

Cos if it lands in your spam mail, it will also land in your subscribers spam mail which most people do not check often.

To edit spam words, just spell the words and put a comma in between words or a space.

Eg the word “money” is a spam word, so you can correct it by writing money as anyone of the following: m oney, m,oney, m-oney, m0ney

After updating the spam words, then redo the TEST broadcast and if everything is okay and it lands in your inbox as seen below, then move to Method #2.

Method #2: Send The Broadcast ONLY To Prospects NOT Receiving Followups

Here, you can choose to send your broadcast email message to ONLY To Prospects NOT

Receiving your Followup emails as selected below.



Method #3: Send The Broadcast to ALL Prospects in that campaign mmo... as seen below:

That is to everyone on your list in THAT campaign.

Next Step After doing a TEST message and choosing WHICH Subscribers you want to your broadcast message to be sent to

is to Program the TIME of the Day for your message to be received by subscribers

The next step is to program the TIME of the day your broadcast message is to be received by your subscribers. To do that, scroll down to the section called When would you like this Broadcast message to be sent as seen below:



Step 1: For example once again if today is November 15th and I want my email message to be sent on November 21st 2013. This is how to do it.

So under the section called "When Would You Like This Broadcast Message To Be Sent". Select "Schedule For" and select 3 things i.e. select "Nov, 21, 2013, 1:30 am"

Note: 1.30am Eastern time is 7:30am Nigerian Time (which is the time I suggest you send your

emails) or select 2:00am Eastern time which is 8:00am Nigerian Time

Step 2: Scroll down to the bottom and click on the "Click Here to Send or Schedule Broadcast " button as seen in 3 above and a page comes up saying: Broadcast Successfully

Step 3: Scroll down to the bottom of that page and program another broadcast message using this tutorial for other broadcast email messages you want to be sent in real-time.

How to Edit/Delete A broadcast Email

To edit or delete a broadcast email you have already scheduled, go to the broadcast section

from Email>>Broadcast in seen at the beginning of this tutorial.

All the broadcast messages you already programed will show up. So select either delete or edit beside the message you want to work on and click on the corresponding Edit or Delete button as seen below:

Now, you will program the 3 follow up emails below and do a Broadcast of these 3 emails using both Method 1 and Method 2.

Step 1 FOLLOW UP first: For the follow up, your last interval message stopped at Interval 35, so you will program the 3 follow up messages below with a space of 3 days. That is

Email 1 as Interval 38, Email 2 as Interval 41 and Email 3 as Interval 44.

VERY IMPORTANT: Remember to update all links with YOUR Affiliate username and PUT your name at the bottom of each email message before you program the follow up.
