HOW TO APPLY Step 1.
Create Login ID (eg. John) and PIN (must be 6 digits) at the
Postgraduate Admissions Login website. Note: Login ID is Case
Sensitive! Remember or write down your Login ID and PIN.
Step 2. (a)Select programme option eg. Arthur Lok Jack, Evening, Full-time
or Part-time as access to the programmes in the online
application is determined by this distinction.
eg. New Graduate Arthur Lok Jack
eg. New Graduate Evening
Step 2. (b)
eg. New Graduate Full-Time
eg. New Graduate Part-Time
Step 3.
Enter your information/details. All sections are
complete once each section has a red tick in the
checklist.
Step 4.Once satisfied with the information provided, click the 'Application is
Complete' button. Save the generated Confirmation Receipt to upload
as part of your supporting documents.
Step 5.
Pay Application Processing
Fee
Upon completion of the online application process, a NON-
REFUNDABLE application processing fee is required. The application
processing fee must be paid as follows:
•Trinidad and Tobago Nationals: TT $90.00
•Residents of Commonwealth Caribbean Countries: US $30.00
•International applicants: US $30.00

Step 6. (a)Postgraduate Diploma in Education applicants

Upload Documents link within the Online
Application area for submission as follows:
1. Upload Documents
* Scan documents (all submissions must be in PDF
Format)
* All documents must be submitted via e-courier in
one upload package (i.e. at the same time) as
individual files which must be identified; e.g.
Confirmation Receipt, CV, Professional Certificate, Research Proposal, etc.

Line
* UWI ID (where already exists)
* Web ID (where no UWI ID exists)
* Applicant’s name (SURNAME, First Name)
* Programme applied to

3. Acknowledgement
Applicant will receive an acknowledgement on
submission of supporting documents from the e-
Courier application.

Official transcripts (sent directly from granting institution to [email protected]). You are required to notify our Office if the name on your official transcript is different from the name on your application.
