Is the program really unlimited?Yes! As a member, you can come in as often as you’d like, even multiple times in the same day. In fact, the record for visits is 28 times in one month! Most members use it about once or twice a week.
Is it safe to wash your car all the time?Yes! Waves Car Wash tunnel is a light touch brushless car wash. Each time you wash your car with our Extreme Wash, your car is treated with three coats of wax (Rain-X®, Sealer Wax, and Triple Foam Wax) giving your car an additional three layers of protection.
You will be enrolled in our monthly membership program. Your credit card will be billed every month. If you cancel the month to month membership program, you must notify Waves Car Wash five days prior to the billing date, or you will be charged for that month. If you cancel the annual membership before the end of the year, you will be charged a $75 early termination fee. You cannot cancel the $35 Monthly membership plan within 15 days of enrollment. Your annual membership will also renew automatically, unless it is canceled prior to the anniversary of the date of enrollment. To cancel your membership, please email [email protected] or come in to the car wash and fill out a cancellation form. Customers will be charged every month on the enrollment date. Members enrolling from the 29th to the 31st of the month will be charged every 28th of the month.
The unlimited club program is per vehicle. You must enroll each vehicle you plan on using. If you are caught using multiple vehicles without notifying Waves Car Wash you will be charged for the washes that were not used on the primary car, your membership will be cancelled, and you will be charge a $75 termination. The membership is transferable to a new vehicle twice a year, free of charge, after that there is a $10 transfer fee. Waves Car Wash can terminate the program at any time.
Do I get a discount on detailing?Yes! We offer members $30 off a complete express detail. *
What if I have more than one vehicle?We discount $10 off each additional car signed up on the same credit card for members of the same household. Your entire family deserves to have as clean a car as yours.
Do you close in the winter?No! Winter is the best time to wash your car. The salt on the roads eats into your vehicle’s paint and contributes to a decreased life of your car. We do close during snow storms and when it is raining.
Do I have to use a credit card?No! You can prepay for a minimum of three months at a time by cash or check.
Do I pay the cancellation fee if I move?If you move more than 10 miles away from Waves Car Wash, we will waive any cancellation fee. You must show proof of change of address.
