IN REAL LIFE RELEASES NEW SINGLE AND VIDEO, “TONIGHT BELONGS TO YOU”
(Los Angeles, CA) – July 13, 2018 – Hollywood Records recording artists, In Real Life, have released their summery new single and video, the Latin-flavored pop track “Tonight Belongs To You,” available HERE. The quintet shot the music video on the balmy beaches of a private island in The Bahamas, an idyllic setting for the infectious track. Watch the video HERE.
To support the new single, the band will open the first 20 dates of the American Idol Live! Tour which kicked off on July 11th in Redding, CA, and continues through August 10th. The band will then embark on their first US headline tour, The Tonight Belongs To You Tour, kicking off September 9th in Silver Spring, MD, hitting major cities including New York, Boston, Philadelphia and Chicago, and ending in Atlanta on October 8th. ABOUT IN REAL LIFE:Sergio Calderon, Michael Conor, Chance Perez, Andrew Ramos and Brady Tutton all come from different backgrounds, but they share a common gift of musical ability. They are the first band in history to be voted together by America on ABC’s 2017 summer reality competition, Boy Band. Earlier this year, the band released their second single, “Tattoo (How ‘Bout You),” which soared to #28 at Top 40 radio and was #3 most added in its first week. In Real Life released their first single, “Eyes Closed,” written by Justin Tranter, following their debut performance of the song on the Boy Band finale. Already, the band has amassed a loyal following of fans, and has performed on Good Morning America, Live! With Kelly & Ryan, Jimmy Kimmel Live, MTV's Total Request Live, ABC’s Wonderful World of Disney: Magical Holiday Celebration, and the Disney Channel Holiday Celebration. The band released their latest song, “How Badly,” on April 20th with a debut performance on Despierta America and are gearing up to release their next single, “Tonight Belongs to You” on July 13th.
IN REAL LIFE MEMBERSSergio is the heart of in Real Life; the first one to greet fans and make friends – the de-facto mayor of the group. Sergio grew up in Redwood City, California with his twin brother, sisters and Mexican-immigrant parents. He is an ace soccer player and fan, and is fluent in Spanish.
Michael is the rebel of the band, and the rapper. His mercurial wit and emotional grit keeps the band as interesting as his freestyle raps. Michael grew up in Shaker Heights, Ohio, and is also a classically trained violinist; he’s been known to break out his violin during In Real Life’s live shows.
Chance is the heartthrob of the group; mysterious and tender at the same time. A young father to 3-year-old Brooklyn, Chance is always thoughtful and poised. Had it not been for music, Chance would have pursued a career as a paramedic. He hails from Seal Beach, California.
Drew is the romantic of In Real Life, often making grand gestures to his loved ones and fans. Drew grew up in The Bronx, NY, with a single mom, and busked in subways to help make ends meet. His personal devotion carries through to his impassioned vocals.
Brady is the showman of the band, growing up in musical theater, and singing multiple genres of music. He suffered a severe stutter as a child, and the therapy that helped him overcome this was singing. Brady is from Shorewood, Wisconsin.
