Teachers and students have been working solidly with establishing normal rounes, engaging in classroom programs, compleng assessments and preparing comments for our Semester 1 reports that are due out to parents Thursday 2nd July, Week 10. Due to the interrupon to the usual classroom learning environment the Semester 1 report has been modified with only minor adjustments made. Teachers will sll be outlining student s learning and areas of need but they will not be using the A-E assessment scale normally used. Teachers will however, be informing parents about the level of effort demonstrated by students toward their cl assroom and online learning. Our policy regarding the entry onto and leaving school grounds remains in place, unl further noce. From a number of comments from both teachers and many parents everyone feels our current procedures have helped create a sense of ease and calmness in the playground bothin the mornings and aſternoons. Once again, our students have shown wonderful levels of resilience adapng to these necessary changes, taking itall in their stride. As the community starts to relax many of the restricons placed upon us, our school will begin to include more of our usualexperiences , acvies and events. Starng next week, Week 6, our Breakfast Club will again be available to students in the morning. At this point in me we will only be offering washed fruit and commercially packaged yoghurt with throw away spoons. We hope to have our school canteen open in week 8. Details around what students will be able to purchase will be posted on Facebook once this has been finalised. Unfortunately we are sll unable to hold any formal assemblies so teachers are presenng students their blue ribbons in front of their classes and they are being acknowledged by their peers in class. We are proposing to hold a badge assembly early next term when it is understood assemblies will be allowed. Changes to morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up as students return back to school. To reduce the flow of parents and carers into our school, there have been slight changes to our morning and afternoon procedures to ensure our staff and students are safe during these times. If you would like to speak to your child’s teacher please arrange a meeting via Dojo or contact the school office direct.

In the morning, parents are asked to drop their children at the front or back gate. There will be a teacher

supervising both gates, asking students to please use the hand sanitiser provided.

In the afternoon, students can be picked up from either the front or back gate. Teachers will bring the

students to either gate before the bell rings at the end of the day. Please ensure your child knows which gate they

will be getting picked up from. (Bus students line up as per usual)

Clothing Pool

Unfortunately the clothing pool is currently closed.

Parents will be notified once the clothing pool has been reopened.
