• Some of the larger PPT presentations are divided into parts (e.g. Part A, B &C); either download the complete file OR the sections of the files but not both

HINARI DO’s - Example

• Material owned by the Publishers made available through HINARI can be used by Authorized Users or Walk-in Users

• An Authorized User: an institution’s or government department’s employee, permanent or visiting faculty, or student

• Walk-in User: anyone who comes to the Institution’s premises and is permitted by the Institution to access services there

You can modify any of the material to fit your local training needs:

To replace ‘screen captures’:– display the screen you want– click on the ‘print screen’ key - usually top/right of

keyboard– open the ‘Paint’ program and paste the image

(control/v); to open ‘Paint’ – go to Programs, (Windows) Accessories, Paint

– To edit the image, use the ‘crop’ icon to limit content)

– copy again (control/c) and paste in document Note: You can delete the ‘paint’ program step and

paste the screen capture directly into your document.
