FY12• Focusing on phase 2 (website enhanced for mobile) and “building the

machine” for phase 3 (delivering online/tablet files) – that is the PMP pledge

• Not pledging to convert entire backlist yet – that will go into FY13• The revamping of the Operations team workflow/systems is the primary

challenge for this year

Project TeamsWorkflow / Systems Team

• This is a HE/Enterprise IT team that redefines how HE Operations works as well as enhances the systems that support their work

• Currently have high-level workflow and developing business requirements for Enterprise IT

• Also working with HBS on revisions to Case Template

Product Definition Team• This is the team that defines the components of our EPUB and HTML files (how

tables of contents and footnotes/endnotes are handled, etc)

HBE Delivery Team – Web• This is the team that will “mobile-ize” the HBE website and then build the

mechanisms to deliver online (HTML) products

HBE Delivery Team – App• This is the team that will figure out if we need a “coursepack app” channel to get

files more easily onto tablet devices
