1. How to login in Helpdesk?
Step 1:- Open MCGM Architects Login Console.
Step 2:- Enter login credentials and click on ‘Login’.

2. How to raise a New Ticket?
Step 1:- Click on ‘+New ticket’.
Step 2:- New ticket form will be displayed.

Step 3:- Enter the following details 1. Subject 2. Description
Step 4:-Select the ‘Category’ from the dropdown.

Step 5:- Select the ‘Priority’.
Step 6:-Click on ‘Submitted at (Office)’ to select the Office at which zone application is submitted.

Step 7:-Enter the ‘Application/proposal no’.

Step 8:-Click on ‘Attach a file’ to attach the attachment (drawing or report or screenshot).
Step 9:-Click on ‘Submit’.

Step 10:- Generated Ticket will be displayed once you clicked on ‘Submit’.

3. How to view New Tickets?
Step 1:-1. User can check unresolved ticket by click on ‘Unclosed’ 2. User can see all ticket by click on ‘All (Including Closed)’. 3. User can track the Ticket status according to categories.

Step 1:- Knowledge base. -In Knowledge base window User can check a store of information or data that is available to draw on.

Step 1:- Click on Recently viewed ticket. -Recent ticket will be displayed here .
