Our design with a large dimensioned combustion chamber ensures complete combustion of the fuel. Ensuring low heat transfer rates throughout the heating surface and low film temperatures. Together with the heavy- duty construction this leads to a long lifetime of the thermal fluid. The heaters are available in both horizontal and vertical models. In the horizontal model the furnace can be easily inspected by means of a door in the furnace cover. The heaters can be fired by means of oil, gas or electricity. For co-generation plants we have a special heat recovery design for use in combination with diesel engines. This can be done with a choice of steam, hot water or thermal fluid. We also produce a well designed hot water installation (maximum temperature 180°C) deployable as a heating medium in various processes. marine We have over 15 years of experience, in thermal fluids, hot water systems and in steam systems. Depending on the nature of the cargo and the type of carrier, we have designed a tailor-made system for tankers, which is efficient, simple and an economical investment. For this system we calculate the heat loss and the heating coil capacity. We supply the total package including secondary systems, deck heaters, steam-generating units, prefabricated heating coils and tank temperature control systems. We offer you specialized knowledge in optimal tank heating solutions. Also for dry cargo or container ships we can design the total system, including the heat balance and the estimate of the boiler capacities. HM002_brochure.indd 1-2 22-10-2007 12:52:03

duty construction this leads to a long lifetime of the thermal fluid.

The heaters are available in both horizontal and vertical models. In the horizontal model the furnace can be easily

inspected by means of a door in the furnace cover. The heaters can be fired by means of oil, gas or electricity.

For co-generation plants we have a special heat recovery design for use in combination with diesel engines.
