DESCRIPTION
A Level Fine Art follows on directly from the GCSE course. Students are marked to the same assessment objectives but will become much more analytical and mature in their approach. They will become confident about responding to the work of others and expressing their opinions in a meaningful way. Through this course, students will develop their own personal style and will produce a large portfolio of work based around themes and ideas that are inspiring to them. Students work will become increasingly sophisticated as they have time to refine their abilities and explore increasingly experimental techniques. There is a large amount of out of lesson support and guidance available.
