    Health is very important in our daily lives. By having a healthy body, a person can perform daily

    activities without any problems. For some, the blessing of health was only discovered when they

    succumbed to disease. They are willing to spend money to buy food and medicine to cure health

    problems. As such, today I want to explain a few steps that need to be addressed in health care.

    One of the steps we need to pay attention to health care is to maintain a clean living environment.

    Conditions inside and outside the home should be clean of garbage and stagnant water sites. This

    matter will be able to eliminate the breeding ground for disease agents such as flies, rats,

    mosquitoes and others. We need to respond to the campaign launched by Kota Bharu Municipal

    Council of the Islamic City campaign "Meet Trash Pick" and the "Fighting LILATI (cockroaches, flies

    and mice)." Therefore, the waste must be burned, reclaimed or disposed of in a special place. Flower

    pots and drains should be checked if the water is not stagnant and a breeding ground for

    mosquitoes. Thus, vector-borne diseases like cholera, malaria, and dengue can be avoided. In fact,

    maintain a clean environment is a fundamental step for us all to achieve optimum health. (131pk)

    In addition, health screening is very sensible thing to do to ensure our health is in good condition.

    According to medical recommendations, one has to do a health check at least twice a year or six

    months. This examination includes blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol and others. The purpose

    of inspection is made to ensure kesiahatan we are in good health and able to detect early chronic

    disease such as hypertension, diabetes and so forth. This is in accordance with the maxim,

    "Prevention is better than cure". For patients who have this disease, it will be controlled before it

    becomes serious as a proverb, "Prevent before severe". In short, a person's health would be in goodcondition if we are disciplined to undergo health examinations in hospitals regularly. (123 pk)

    Adopting a balanced diet is no less important as a measure to maintain our health. Feeding practices

    associated with health. This is consistent with the idiom of the dietary habits of "What you are, is

    what you eat". Can be considered a person eat a balanced diet will have good health. Eating a

    balanced diet means eating a healthy, nutritious food your body needs one. An individual needs

    based on age appropriate food, employment and other needs. For example, a baby needs more

    calcium than adults who need more protein. To be clear, one should refer to the food pyramid as a

    guide to get balanced nutrition. As such, snacks and soft drinks should be avoided because it can

    harm our health. In short, the best way to achieve health is by eating a balanced diet. (135pk)

    Next, our health will be more secure if we do recreational activities. Practice exercise such as

    swimming, jogging, riding bicycles and other sporting activities are good for health. Sports Science

    Lecturer Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM), Assoc. Zulkifli Abdul Kadir, suggest everyone to do

    recreational activities for 30 minutes twice a week for optimum health. These recreational activities

    will become more common if every day we do it with discipline and istiqamah according to a

    proverb, "Ah can Tegal common." By doing recreational activities, the muscles of the body will have

    more energy and vitality of the body will improve. In addition, one can breathe fresh air during

    exercise in playgrounds and to reduce the pressure or stress tired after a long day working in the

    office. Seyogia recommended so that we can do exercise activities to obtain good health. (134 pk)

    Healthy lifestyle is a step that is not less important for good health. Now, we were surprised with allkinds of negative way of life that has spread in our society. Among the negative lifestyle that is free

    and promiscuous sexual practices, subscribe to prostitutes, drug addiction and imaginary pills,

    alcohol and others. Similarly, smoking habit, which remains a part of the lifestyle of young people

    and teenagers in our society as if the campaign "Say Say No In Cigarettes" underway. Of course,

    unhealthy lifestyle will invite diseases such as Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS), syphilis

    and others. Such practices should be kept away then adopt a healthy lifestyle based on religious

    norms and culture of our east. Therefore, turn to a healthy lifestyle for good health as a campaign

    "Healthy Lifestyle" as contemplated by the government. (132pk)

    In conclusion, health care should be the agenda and priorities in our daily life. Various measures can

    be taken to obtain good health. Among other things, personal and environmental hygiene, take a

    balanced diet and doing recreational activities. We should be more aware and concerned about your

    health to lead a quality life. Healthy individuals will be able to contribute to the development and

    prosperity in line with the slogan, "Healthy People Prosper". (70pk)
