What the warranty does not cover
Any product, on which the serial number has been defaced, modified or removed. Damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from: Accident, misuse, neglect, fire, water, lightning, or other acts of nature, unauthorized product
modification, or failure to follow instructions supplied with the product. Repair or attempted repair by anyone not authorized by us. Any damage of the product due to shipment. Removal or installation of the product. Causes external to the product, such as electric power fluctuation or failure. Use of supplies or parts not meeting our specifications. Normal wear and tear. Any other causes which does not relate to a product defect. Removal, installation, and set-up service charges.
1.2 SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
The C-HDM-USB3 has been tested for conformance to safety regulations and requirements, and has been certified for international use. However; like all electronic equipments, the C-HDM-USB3 should be used with care and precaution. Read the following safety instructions to protect yourself from possible injury and to minimize the risk of damage to the unit.
Do not dismantle the housing or modify the module.
Dismantling the housing or modifying the module may result in electrical shock or burn.
Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel.
Do not attempt to service this product yourself as opening or removing housing may expose you to
dangerous voltage or other hazards.
Keep the module away from liquids.
Spillage into the housing may result in fire, electrical shock, or equipment damage. Should an object or
liquid falls or spills on to the housing, unplug the module immediately.
Have the module checked by a qualified service engineer before using it again.
Do not use liquid or aerosol cleaners to clean this unit. Always unplug the power to the device before cleaning.

2. INTRODUCTION
The C-HDM-USB3 HDMI to USB is a four port USB 2.0 high speed extension solution, enabling USB 2.0 connections at up to 480Mbps over 50m/164ft of Cat 6 cabling. The USB-C6-50M provides an integrated remote four port USB 2.0 powered hub delivering standard 500mA power and supporting all USB 1.1 and 2.0 device types.
The USB-C6-50M is a true plug-and-play solution, it is compatible with all operating systems, Windows Vista/XP/7/8 and Mac. The USB-C6-50M integrated four port hub allows for extension of up to four USB devices without the need for an additional hub.

please ensure all the package contents are all received before proceeding.
To setup Avenview C-HDM-USB3 follow these steps for connecting to a device:
1. Connect any HDMI source (such as a Blu-ray Disc player) to (C-HDM-USB3) HDMI port.
2. Connect the C-HDM-USB3 to a computer through USB 3.0 port.
3. Allow drivers to be installed automatically.
4. Run preferred capture software (i.e. Pot Player) and follow software instructions to start streaming and video capture.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
1. Please insure your devices and cable are readily available to start the process
4. PC Requirements-Windows® XP/Windows Vista®/Windows® 7 to 105. Ensure your Laptop or desktop is plugged in to AC power during the download process. It is not
recommended to use only battery power during the setup. Do not remove power at any time duringthe download/setup process as this could lead to incomplete results.
POT Player / NCH/ XSplit Software is the recommended compatible software.
The software versions listed in this document have been tested as HDMI capture to USB and to record the desired input source and are fully supported by Avenview and it's idustry partner.
It is recommended that users read this entire document before attempting the operation of the product
2. Connect the C-HDM-USB3 to any 3.0 USB port with the supplied USB cord and allow windows to install required drivers3. Connect the C-HDM-USB3 to a Display/Monitor with an HDMI cable

Please download the recommended Video player software from the list mentioned above.Follow the Setup instructions from the install wizard.

4. Click on "Potplayer" from the top left, select "Open", then select "Device Settings" to setup the C-HDM-USB3

5. In "Device Settings" select USB3.0VideoBridge from the Device drop down menu. Select HDMI from Input menu. and Select Capture fromType menu.
To change video resolution; select the desired resolution and format from the "Format" drop down menu.
Note: 1080p@60 resolution is supported only at USB 3.0 port.
6. From Audio Capture Device menu select USB3.0VideBridge to allow Audio bypass through the C-HDM-USB3.
Then click "Open Device". Video streaming should start!

6. Device settings configuration is only done one time when a new device is to be configured.To run video streaming again for the same configured device simply go to :
"Potplayer" from the top left, select "Open", then select "Open Analog TV" and video streaming will start.
