使用温度 ～130℃（160℃）（高温タイプ）

■ 概要 ホッパードライヤーは、熱風により樹脂を乾燥させる通気乾燥機です。高圧の熱風が、樹脂の隙間をぬって上昇するので、短時間に均一な乾燥が可能です。　

■ 特長 1.信頼性ブロワにより取り込まれた外気は、整流対策の施されたヒータを通り、吐出口から均一に分散されます。そのため設定温度と樹脂温度との差がほとんどありません。ホッパにはショートパスが発生しにくいマツイ独自のディフューザーコーンを採用しています。 2.安全性ヒータ過温警報発生時には電圧引き外し式（SHT式）ブレーカがトリップします。また、温度調節計と関係なく独立した安全装置として、外部過温防止装置も標準装備しています。 3.省エネルギーヒータボックスは熱交換と断熱を兼ねた二重構造とし、一番温度が高くなるホッパ下部も二重構造にし放熱を大幅に防止しています。 4.イージーメンテナンス小型のホッパには直胴部がヒンジを中心に開く方式、中大型ホッパには大口径掃除窓を付け、ワンタッチでホッパ内部の清掃が行えます。 5.環境対策工場内環境をクリーンに保つため、脱着が簡単で長寿命なシート状フィルタを標準装備しました。
