Current hierarchy to determine availability display Order of precedence to derive a worker’s schedule for a day:

Determine Work Schedule Assignment for the employee (defined under Define Availability setup tasklist)

Determine Normal Working Hours displayed on worker’s assignment

Use Default working hours if no data found for #1 and #2 above: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday schedule is used.
