BAHAMA MUMA 2 shots white rum 2 shots coconut rum Orange juice Pineapple juice 1 shot Grenadine Cherry Orange slice In a frozen glass pour the white rum followed by the coconut rum. Top up with equal measuresof orange and pineapple juice. Add Grenadine and garnish with the orange and cherry.

BIG ORGASM - COCKTAIL RECIPE 2 shots Butterscotch Schnapps 1 shot Amaretto 1 shot vodka 1 shot Baileys 1 shot Spanish brandy 1 teaspoon of soft brown sugar Soda water Ice cubes 1 generous tablespoon of vanilla ice cream Frozen grated chocolate Put all the liquid ingredients into a cocktail mixer with a good amount of soda and three icecubes. Shake very well. Strain into a large tumbler containing the ice cream and sprinklechocolate and brown sugar on top.

BLACK RUSSIAN COCKTAIL RECIPE


BLACK (WHITE) RUSSIAN 3 shots vodka 2 shots Kahlua Coke or Pesi to top up (or milk) Ice You should use a shaker but to be honest you can get away with stirring this. Its the realdeal and the above amounts can vary depending on taste and required effect. This one will giveyou a satisfying kick without you having to drink too much mixer. If you use milk youll havea white Russian a la The Big Lebowski, which is arguably a much nicer drink. So mix the vodka and Kahlua and pour it over half a highball glass of ice. Stir it alltogether before topping up with the Cola or Milk. Do not stir again. This way the intensity ofthe flavour increases as you sip it, which is a very pleasant experience.

BRASS MONKEY COCKTAIL 2 shots dark rum 2 shots vodka Orange juice for topping up 3 ice cubes Thought it would be fitting to include a cocktail with nautical conotations for a change. Thisis dead easy to make and has one hell of a kick. The rums and vodka should be poured over theice into a highball glass. Then top up with orange juice a stir briefly.

DEATH BY ALCOHOL 1 shot tequila 1 shot vodka 1 shot orange juice 3 shots cider 1 shot white rum 1 shot lemon juice 1 shot grapefruit juice white cane sugar Slice of orange Slice of lemon Mix all the liquids in a cocktail shaker with crushed ice. Coat the rim of the glass withsugar before pouring. Add the fruit slices for decoration and buckle up.

DETOX 2 shots peach schnapps (ice cold) 2 shots cranberry juice 2 shots vodka (frozen) Using a chilled tumbler first pour the peach schnapps. Add the cranberry juice by pouring itgently over the back of a spoon so it floats. The vodka is then added using the same methodleaving the cranberry juice sandwiched between the spirits. Looks impressive but reallydoesnt do what it says on the tin!

VOODOO CHILD COCKTAILRECIPE Ok its Halloween night, and the Harbourguides crew use any excuse to have a party, sotonight will be no exception. We have chosen the “Voodoo Child Cocktail” Just follow the recipe below, and don’t worry if you can’t get all theingredients, just improvise, and let us know how you went on. So here we go: Put .75 oz each of Dark Rum, White Rum, St Germaine Elderflower Liquer, and Cointreau into acocktail shaker. Add 1 oz of freshly squeezed grapefruit juice, a dash of Angostura Bitters,and half a dozen dashes of chili tincture, or a light bodied hot sauce (Follow the link belowon how to make a tincture) add some ice and give it a good old shake for 20 seconds or so.Stain into tumbler over some ice. And then of course enjoy! If you don’t have the time or effort to make the tincture just add some hot sauce, maybetabasco to the drink, or even into the ice cubes, this way the heat sort of builds up as theice melts. HARVEY WALLBANGER 3 shots of quality vodka 1 shot Galliano Fresh orange juice Ice cubes 1 slice of orange Pour the vodka in a shaker with a hand full of ice and half fill with orange juice. Shake likemad for about 30 seconds. Put a few ice cubes in a tall glass and pour the mixture over it.The Galliano should be poured slowly on top so it floats and the orange slice should be usedto decorate.

Put the lime in a tall glass withcrushed ice and mix it together. Pour the cocktail into the glass and drink with caution.

Roughly mash this together. Pourover the rum and lime juice. Add a handful of ice and top up with soda. Stir slightly anddrink through a straw.

OLD FASHIONED Cocktail Recipe 1 sugar cube Teaspoon angostura bitters Teaspoon water 2 shots bourbon (or brandy) 4 cracked ice cubes Place the sugar cube in a small chilled tumbler. Its the realdeal and the above amounts can vary depending on taste and required effect. This one will giveyou a satisfying kick without you having to drink too much mixer. If you use milk youll havea white Russian a la The Big Lebowski, which is arguably a much nicer drink. So mix the vodka and Kahlua and pour it over half a highball glass of ice. Stir it alltogether before topping up with the Cola or Milk. Do not stir again. This way the intensity ofthe flavour increases as you sip it, which is a very pleasant experience.
