Tŷ Glas Housing Society in conjunction with the Isle of Anglesey County Council is developing 63 Extra Care 1 and 2 bedroom high quality apartments for rent, with communal facilities for individuals aged 60 years and over in the town of Llangefni.
The Scheme will meet the varying levels of care and support needs of people. There are 63 apartments; of which 15 are specifi cally designed and adapted for older people with memory loss or living with dementia.
On-site housing management will be provided by Clwyd Alyn Housing Association, whilst the Isle of Anglesey County Council will ensure provision of the on-site care and support, on a 24 hour basis for those that need it. Priority is given to residents in the Anglesey area.
