HACCP Roundtable discussions will be held on the second Thursday of the last month in each quarter. Pre-submission of questions for FSIS are welcomed and encouraged. Please send to [email protected] at least one week before the meeting.

Directions to Charles C. Miller Jr. Poultry Research and Education Center:

The Miller Center is NOT on the main Auburn University campus. The event will be held in the Administrative building.

Remember to practice proper biosecurity measures before and after attending!

Directions from Auburn Campus: Head north on AL-147/North College Street (approximately 3 miles from campus) Turn left onto W Farmville Road Go one mile and take a right on Auburn Lakes Road. The Miller Center will be approximately 1 mile down on right.

Directions from Hwy. 280 – Birmingham: Continue driving southeast on Hwy. 280 from Birmingham. Turn right off of Hwy. 280 onto Auburn Lakes Road approximately 19 miles once you pass the McDonald’s in Dadeville, AL. The Miller Center will be approximately 1 mile on the left just off of Auburn Lakes Road. Look for the AU signs on the road.
