    Violation Operating Conditions - The applicant shall ensure that the public is not allowed to have contact with any

    wildlife or controlled animals of the following taxonomic families: felidae, canidae, procyonidae and mustelidae, and any

    non-human primate.

    Violation Section II A Deaths - .... Carcasses must be disposed of in accordance with federal,

    provincial, or municipal guidelines.

    & Section III C All animal carcasses must be disposed of in accordance with federal, provincial and

    municipal regulation, ....

    Note Under Section III it states All animals held on the zoo premises, including wildlife and controlled

    animals, as defined under the Wildlife Act, as well as other animals will be considered a zoo animal under the

    Animal Protection Act. As such, all standards relating to the Animal Protection Act will apply.

    Violation Section III E Food must be stored in a manner which preserves the nutritional integrity of thematerial until fed, prevents contamination by organic, inorganic or chemical contaminants and prevents accessby pest species

    Violation Section II D Individual animal enclosures and the perimeter fencing must be lockedwhen the zoo facility is closed and staff are not present.

    Violation Sect ion II H & Section III B 1 Effective guardrails or barriers must be constructedto prevent contact between the visiting public and any animals posing a safety hazard.

    Violation Section III B All gates and enclosures that access animal exhibits must be keptlocked at all times except when staff are carrying out animal husbandry activities or displaying the

    animals.

    Violation Section III E Feeding and Watering containers must be kept clean and self-feedersand watering devices must be checked daily.Violation Section III E Animals must be....and a potable (safe for human consumption) watersource must be available to all animals at all times.Note Under Section III it states All animals held on the zoo premises, including wildlife and controlled

    Possible violation: Section III E Animals must be provided with nutritious food as set out in theveterinary written agreement.

    (What are they feeding dog and cat food that they go through 70 lbs a DAY)
