At Gunter ISD, we spend countless hours looking at individual student data that willdetermine student needs. With good data, teachers and administrators can tellwhich groups of students are struggling and where their achievement gaps areoccurring in the classrooms. As superintendent, I ask our administrators to focus onfour important questions:

1.) What data should be collected? 2.) How should the data be used? 3.) Who should be involved? We believe it is important to disaggregate the test

data to focus more closely on student subgroups needing additional support.
