• By completing and submitting the Entry Form below and returning to Gunnedah Shire Council, PO Box 63, (63 Elgin Street) Gunnedah you will be entered into the running to win prizes.• A limit of one prize per entrant in either first, second or third prizes.• The competition opens at 9.00am Thursday 1st December 2016 and closes at 5.00pm Thursday 8th December2016.• Entry forms are available from Gunnedah Shire Council Website – www.gunnedah.nsw.gov.au, CouncilAdministration Office, 63 Elgin Street, Gunnedah Shire Library and The Civic.• The competition will be judged by Gunnedah Shire Council Elected Members and this will occur between Friday10th and Sunday 12th December 2016.• The competition is open to all Gunnedah Shire residents who complete an entry form and live in Gunnedah orVillages within the Shire.• At the organisers and judge’s discretion, entries which are considered unsafe may be considered ineligible orhave prize amounts reduced.• The winners will be notified by telephone on Wednesday 14th December 2016, with presentation of winners to take place at the Christmas Fair on the evening of Thursday 15th December 2016.• The winners’ names and addresses will be published in The Namoi Valley Independent on Tuesday 20thDecember 2016.• The winners agree to reasonable publicity such as the map of Christmas Lights Competition, radio, photographsand editorial in media interviews and Council publications.• Decisions of the organisers and judges are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
