Accessing MyCMP Diagnostics

(There may be minor differences based on browser):

1. Access MyCMP

• G550/G650 - If you do not see MyCMP Diagnostics send email - [email protected] and [email protected]

Two primary ways to access:

• MyCMP Diagnostics • Directly opens diagnostics

knowledgebase • Input into CMP not required

• Squawks/MELs • Opens MyCMP Diagnostics via a

Squawk and ties the Squawk and diagnostics session together

1. Start New Sessions

2. Log of Recent Sessions

3. Open Sessions • Session in

progress

Start New Session

1. Start a New Session

• Select aircraft model

• Enter serial number

2. Enter Problem • Keywords

• Enter Fault Description

• ATA • Note: when

available, selecting practice will initiate a dummy diagnostics session

Note: As you type “Cabin pressurization….” a list of related initial symptoms are presented

• Info sent to recipient for review at later time

Note: Different organizations and their user emails are prepopulated. Also, you can add an email address if needed.

1. Collaborators • Identified in Currently Viewing Session area • Enter Answers Questions & View Solutions page • Changes identified in yellow • Last person should close session

Save a Session – Under Investigation 1. Select Close Out

• Close Out page opens • Select “My session is still under

investigation”…

2. Click Save and Close Out Button • Session closes • Return to homepage
