Who are we?Blackhawk International completed the buyout of Grass Roots Group

in October 2016

BHI do not see a Learning specialism being aligned with their proposition and is ceasing activities in this area

Grass Roots Training Agency are the core delivery and content development people responsible for the creation of the GRG Learning interventions

Headed up by Phil Clarke. Previously the Learning Delivery Team Manager for GRG with over 14 years of L&D experience predominantly in the Automotive sector for both manufacturers and dealer groups

Our philosophyWe will continue to provide the successful philosophy of our “6 Principles of Engagement”

1. Start at the end - visualise what success looks like2. Create champions - finding people’s natural enthusiasm with internal advocates3. Recognise and reinforce - see someone doing something right, recognise it and

reinforce what good looks like4. Demand pull - builds in curiosity and build an appetite for what’s going to be

delivered, and wanted rather than being pushed on them5. Active not passive - interactive session through activity rather than being told6. A little piece of me – output through longevity so that people feel they were

part of the solution so transfer the learning from the room into the workplace and passive implementation
