Job Description : Preparation of Architectural BIM model & 2D Reinforcement drawing i i Swith Bar Bending Schedule.
Description : Our Scope of work was to prepare LOD 400 drawings for the internal fit out works using Revit for Lusail Station & Qatar University Station for RLR Jv. We had prepared models with the same scope of work for Hamad International Airport Station for RnR. We had prepared the drawings by modelling the Non Bearing Block Walls, Block wall connection details, Preparation of Stiffener columns, beams etc.
We have also automatically generated Bar Bending Schedule (reinforcement table) from 2Dreinforcement details of all the structural elements for the three Stations. The reinforcement table was prepared usingBS 8666 2005 d t di tl t th t d b d f tBS 8666 : 2005 and was sent directly to the cut and bend factory.

Job Description : Preparation of 3D Revit Model & 3D reinforcement Model
Description :
Our Scope of work was to prepare 3D Revit model of the two culvert. We had prepared the model from the pdf and CAD file which we received as input. When we preparing the models we have defined the construction sequence as faces in the model.
We had prepared the 3D reinforcement details from the approved design reinforcement drawings as well. The lap location, lap length, bending of reinforcement etc was defined at the exact location.The model was used to identify the site issues which may occur at the time of construction. The model gave a 100% idea about the complications in the reinforcement arrangement. Our client used the model as input for Virtual reality. We shared the model through BIM 360 Glue.

Our Scope of work was to prepare 3D Revit model for the Olskroken bridge and associated structures. We had prepared the model as per the construction sequence as faces. The different element comprises of the main Bridge, Abutment, Raft slab etc.. We shared the model through BIM 360 Glue.

Description : The project name was Barwa Financial District & now it is named as QP FinancialDistrict. The project is one of the prestigious structures in Qatar. The project consists of Towers, Hotel building etc.Our scope of work was to prepare the Bar bending schedule & shop drawings for the hotel building. Its one of thebiggest project which GDS have handled.The Bar Bending schedule was prepared using BS 8666/2005.
